About Loren

Loren Etengoff is a retired personal injury attorney who practiced in Vancouver, Washington, for nearly four decades. He dedicated his career to assisting individuals in Southwest Washington who had suffered injuries, focusing on personal injury cases and advocating for his clients against insurance companies. A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law in 1980, Etengoff began his legal career in Vancouver in 1982, joining a law firm where he served as a partner until 2006. That year, he established his own practice, which he successfully managed until merging with James "Jim" Pak to form the Etengoff Pak Law Group. The firm continued to operate under this name until Etengoff's retirement in 2019.

Throughout his career, Etengoff was deeply involved in various legal organizations. He served on the Board of Governors for the Washington State Association for Justice from 2003 through 2007, contributing to the advocacy of civil justice in the Pacific Northwest. In 2008, he was elected to a three-year term on the Washington State Bar Association's Board of Governors, representing the Third Congressional District. His commitment to civil legal aid was further demonstrated through his role as a trustee and later president of the Legal Foundation of Washington from 2012 to 2015. Etengoff's dedication to the legal community extended beyond his practice.

He was a board member for the Northwest Justice Project, the state's largest provider of civil legal aid. Served on the board of the Campaign for Equal Justice, which supports legal aid programs in Washington. His contributions to these organizations underscore his commitment to ensuring access to justice for all individuals, regardless of their financial situation. After retiring, Etengoff continues to reside in the Vancouver area with his wife. He remains active in community service, participating in relief trips to Latin America where he has been involved in building wells and providing other necessities to those in need.

Etengoff's legacy in the legal field is marked by his unwavering commitment to his clients and the broader community.
