About Logan

Logan Woodruff began his professional life studying how things are built. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in 2007, then turned his attention to law and completed a Juris Doctor at the Sandra Day OConnor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2014. The change in disciplines shaped a practical approach to legal problems. He brings an engineers attention to detail to matters that require clear structure and careful planning.

He entered practice in Arizona immediately after law school. His earliest role was as an associate at Charles F. Myers, PA in 2014. The next year he moved to Soto Law Office, where he continued to develop courtroom skills and client counsel techniques. In 2019 he joined Phelps Estate Planning Law Office as an associate lawyer, a position that exposed him to a range of estate and trust matters. In 2021 he took a position at Trajan Estate Law Office and now lists that firm as his principal office.

Throughout these moves, Woodruff built experience in estate-related work and related civil matters. He has handled client intake, drafted wills and trusts, prepared administrative filings and advised families on probate procedures. He has also worked on document review and estate administration tasks that require both legal knowledge and organizational skill. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to case preparation and steady when deadlines tighten.

Woodruff is licensed to practice in Arizona. He keeps a practice that reflects the kinds of matters he encountered at each of his prior firms. Cases often involve personal estate planning, probate administration and the preparation of foundational estate documents. He aims to make complex procedures more understandable for people who come to him at stressful times.

Outside of client work, Woodruffs academic background in construction management continues to inform his problem-solving style. He applies a structured planning mindset to estate planning projects, breaking tasks into clear steps and timelines. He prefers practical solutions that address both legal requirements and the everyday realities of clients lives.

At Trajan Estate Law Office Woodruff continues to handle estate planning and probate matters. He works with individuals and families to prepare wills, trusts and related documents and to guide them through estate administration processes. He now focuses his practice on estate planning and probate work at Trajan Estate Law Office.
