Her practice focuses on probate, trust, and estate administration and litigation. Defended clients against allegations of undue influence or incapacity in contested probate proceedings.\n\nIn 2021, Liz rejoined Wicker Smith as a partner, working closely with Managing Partner Nicholas Christin in the Trusts & Estates group. She represents individuals in various contexts, including as heirs, personal representatives (executors), trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, incapacitated persons, their families or guardians, spouses.
