About Lisa Temich
Lisa Temich Kaiser moved from a business degree into the study of law in a brisk, focused trajectory. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville in 2013. She then enrolled at William Mitchell College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2016. The shift from business to law gave her a grounding in practical concerns as well as legal analysis.
Early in her career she joined Kim Hunter Law, P.L.L.C. as an associate attorney in 2017. That role placed her in the day-to-day work of a small firm, handling client intake, legal research, drafting documents and appearing under supervision where appropriate. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she prefers steady work over theatrics and pays attention to the procedural details that matter in litigation and transactional matters alike.
Her membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin is current. That membership ties her to the licensing and ethical rules that govern practice in the state. She has practiced in Wisconsin courts and on matters governed by Wisconsin law since beginning her work at the firm. Her training reflects both classroom law study and the practical demands of an associate lawyer’s caseload.
Kaiser’s educational path left her comfortable with technical material and the business implications of legal problems. Her undergraduate background in business administration informs how she approaches client issues. She tends to view disputes and transactions through both legal and commercial lenses. That outlook is evident in how she prepares files, structures pleadings and communicates with clients.
She works from an office located at 656 Selby Avenue. Her day-to-day duties continue to include legal research, drafting, client consultations and supporting litigation and transactional matters handled by her firm. She currently practices law in Wisconsin as an associate attorney based at the Selby Avenue office.
