About Lisa A.

Lisa A. Lucido built her path to the law at Michigan State University’s James Madison College, where she completed her undergraduate degree. She went on to earn a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. Those two schools shaped her approach to legal work and public policy.

She is admitted to the Michigan bar and practices in that state. Lucido moved into private practice after completing her studies, bringing an emphasis on careful analysis and clear written work to each matter she handled. Over time she developed a practice that balances courtroom preparation, transactional drafting and client counseling.

Her career has included work in both large firm settings and collaborative environments where teams of lawyers and professionals address complex problems. Colleagues describe her as methodical in her preparation and concise in her courtroom presentations. She has experience preparing motions, negotiating agreements, and advising on regulatory obligations. She tends to frame issues in practical terms for clients and to break down technical subjects into plain language.

Lucido has published and presented on topics related to legal process and compliance. Her writing aims to make difficult concepts accessible to an audience that may include business leaders and public officials as well as other lawyers. In her public appearances she prefers straightforward explanations and avoids legal jargon when possible.

At Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman PLLC she works alongside attorneys who handle a range of matters that arise under state law. Her practice involves direct client contact, drafting and review of legal documents, and the development of strategies that reflect both legal risk and business realities. She maintains ties to Michigan’s legal community through professional associations and continuing education.

Outside the office she balances professional responsibilities with community involvement and ongoing learning. She keeps up with changes in law and policy that affect her clients and adapts her practice as those changes occur. She currently practices at Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman PLLC in Michigan, where she handles matters for clients across the state.
