Linnette Marie Clark is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Clark is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Linnette Tano Clark, a firm located in Burbank, California. She has been practicing law for over 29 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Ms. Clark earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in 1996. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations in 1989. During her time at Loyola Law School, she focused on courses related to immigration law, laying the foundation for her future practice.
Ms. Clark concentrates her practice in the area of immigration law. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving labor certifications, H1B visas, employment-based adjustment of status, family petitions and adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, U visas, VAWA cases, naturalization, and removal defense. Her practice encompasses all stages of immigration proceedings, including initial case evaluation, document preparation, interviews, and representation before immigration courts and agencies.
Throughout her career, Ms. Clark has handled cases before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). She has also appeared before various U.S. District Courts in California for federal immigration matters. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in Los Angeles for several years.
Ms. Clark is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the California State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Clark is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
