About Lindsey Thurswell
Lindsey Thurswell Lehr completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earning a Bachelor of Science in 2007. She moved to Florida for law school and received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. While in law school she gained practical experience through clerkships that exposed her to private practice early in her career.
Her first recorded legal work was a 2009 clerkship at Pinkert Law Office, P.A., followed by a 2010 clerkship at Morris, duPont & Mansfield, P.A. Those assignments were followed by a role as a lawyer at David B. Haber, P.A. in 2010, the year she completed law school. She then joined Welbaum, Guernsey, Hingston, Greenleaf, Gregory, Black, Rune & Thomas, L.L.P. in 2013 and later moved to Siegfried Rivera, where she is listed as a lawyer beginning in 2015. Across these positions she has worked in firm settings that handle a range of matters common to litigation and defense practices.
Lehr maintains active bar memberships in both The Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, and she is a member of the Dade County Bar Association. Those memberships reflect a professional presence in state and local legal communities. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, in addition to her admission in Florida.
Her career path shows steady movement through firms and roles that emphasize courtroom and trial-adjacent work. Early clerkships gave her front-line exposure to case preparation and courtroom procedure. Subsequent associate and lawyer positions expanded that foundation into sustained practice within firm environments.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in managing case loads and attentive to procedural requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Her admissions to federal district courts and the Eleventh Circuit suggest regular interaction with both state and federal court procedures. She also maintains ties to the Dade County legal community through bar association membership and local engagement.
Lehr currently practices at Siegfried Rivera, where her work involves representation and advocacy in matters that proceed in both state and federal courts.
