About Lindsey
Lindsey Bachman has built a steady legal career across two states. She combines courtroom work and case management. Colleagues describe her as practical and methodical.
Bachman earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2009 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where she received a Bachelor of Science in political science in 2005. Those credentials provided the foundation for a career that has moved between firms and across state lines.
She began practicing as an attorney soon after law school. In 2011 she worked at Kranitz & Kranitz, PC, taking on a variety of matters that gave her front-line experience in client advising and litigation support. Three years later she joined Murphy, Taylor, Siemens & Elliott, PC, where she continued to handle contested matters and courtroom preparation.
Bachman is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Texas. Her Missouri Bar certification as a Guardian ad Litem signals courtroom work on behalf of children and other vulnerable parties in family and juvenile proceedings. That credential requires familiarity with state procedures, evidentiary rules, and the practical realities of representing a non-parent perspective in contested hearings.
Her time in private practice has included both direct client representation and the kinds of behind-the-scenes tasks that shape case strategy. She has written pleadings, prepared witnesses, and worked through discovery issues. The record shows she has rotated between intake work and contested litigation, a pattern that has kept her engaged with both early-stage client counseling and later-stage courtroom advocacy.
Outside the office she maintains professional memberships that keep her connected to peers and to developments in state law. The roles she has held give her exposure to both Texas and Missouri practice environments, and they influence how she approaches cross-jurisdictional issues.
Now at Murphy, Taylor, Siemens & Elliott, PC, Bachman continues to represent clients in matters filed in Missouri and Texas courts. Her current practice focuses on litigation and representation in matters arising in those two states.
