About Lindsay R.

Lindsay R. McKasson earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2013. She completed a curriculum that emphasized practical skills and appellate advocacy, and left law school prepared for courtroom work and complex legal writing. Those early years shaped how she approaches cases now: careful, deliberate and attentive to procedural detail.

After graduating, McKasson secured the credentials needed to practice in multiple forums. She is licensed to practice in California and in the District of Columbia. That dual licensure has allowed her to handle matters that cross state and federal lines and to work for clients who require representation in different legal environments.

McKasson’s career has included work on litigation, motions practice and appellate filings. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing briefs and focused when arguing procedural points. She spends a substantial amount of time researching case law and drafting pleadings, aiming to present a clear legal theory and a tight factual record for judges to review.

Her work often involves coordinating filings across jurisdictions and managing tight court deadlines. That coordination requires an eye for detail and a willingness to adjust strategy as cases progress. McKasson has handled discovery disputes, drafted dispositive motions and prepared appellate briefs, tasks that demand both legal analysis and stamina.

In the office she balances client communication with court work. She prepares clients for what to expect at hearings and explains complex legal concepts in plain language. On the administrative side, she manages case calendars and oversees document preparation to meet local rules and court requirements.

McKasson joined Binnall Law Group as part of her continuing practice. In that role she contributes to litigation teams and assists in case development from initial pleadings through post-trial work when necessary. Her position at the firm keeps her regularly engaged with courtroom procedure and appellate deadlines.

Outside of specific casework she follows developments in procedural rules and appellate decisions that affect litigation strategy. That attention helps when crafting appeals or when deciding whether to pursue settlement. She currently practices at Binnall Law Group, handling matters in California and the District of Columbia.
