About Lindsay L.
Lindsay L. Sewekow built a legal career by moving steadily through the ranks. She began in support work and moved into investigative law within a few years. The progression is straightforward and methodical.
She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Caldwell College in 2008. She then enrolled at Widener University School of Law, where she completed her J.D. in 2015. While at Widener she took courses in family law as part of her studies.
Her entry into the legal field came while still in school. In 2013 she joined Console and Associates P.C. as a legal assistant. The role put her close to case preparation, file review and client intake. It was a hands-on introduction to litigation processes and the practical demands of complex civil matters.
Within three years she advanced to an investigative position at the same firm. In 2016 she was listed as an investigative lawyer for Console and Associates P.C. That title reflected a shift toward fieldwork, fact gathering and document development for litigation. The investigative role also required collaboration with attorneys, experts and clients to build claims and prepare for discovery.
Sewekow is admitted to practice in three states: New Jersey, California and Pennsylvania. Her multi-jurisdictional admissions allow her to work on matters that cross state lines and to assist colleagues handling diverse dockets. She has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice since 2016, joining a body of lawyers who regularly exchange information about trial practice and professional standards.
Her background in psychology informs the way she approaches interviews and fact-finding. That academic training paired with practical office experience shaped a technique that emphasizes careful documentation and a measured approach to developing evidence. Colleagues describe her work as methodical and serviceable to trial teams.
Sewekow’s career remains tied to Console and Associates P.C., where she has worked in multiple capacities. Her responsibilities have included investigative assignments, case assembly and supporting litigation teams through discovery. She currently practices at Console and Associates P.C., where her work centers on investigative legal work and civil case development.
