About Linda Perez
Linda Perez Clark earned her J.D. from Tulane University in 1991 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Louisiana Tech University in 1988. Her academic path kept her in the region she would come to serve professionally. The two degrees framed an early career spent practicing law in Louisiana.
She became a partner at Breazeale Sachse and Wilson LLP in 1991. That role marked the start of a lengthy period in private practice. In 2000 she took on firm leadership as managing partner at Kean Miller LLP. Those positions placed her in both client-facing work and the administrative responsibilities that come with running a law firm.
Over more than three decades, Clark has combined courtroom work and firm administration. She has handled matters that called for litigation, negotiation and client counseling while also overseeing staffing, case management and strategic decisions at the firm level. Her professional life has balanced the demands of individual cases with the broader needs of a multi-attorney practice.
