About Linda Jayne
Linda Jayne Gladson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984 and holds bar number 115662. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Gladson is of counsel at Varner & Brandt LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Riverside and Ontario, California. She practices in the jurisdiction of California, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire region.
Ms. Gladson earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1984. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology in 1980. She also attended Rollins College in 1976. During her time at the University of San Diego, she developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided her extensive career.
Ms. Gladson concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, conservatorships, and guardianships. She assists clients with drafting wills and trusts, navigating probate proceedings, and establishing guardianships and conservatorships for minors and adults. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial consultations, document preparation, court filings, and representation in hearings and trials. She is also experienced in negotiating settlements and providing guidance on elder law matters.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gladson has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She has served as court-appointed counsel representing conservatees in the San Bernardino Superior Court. Prior to joining Varner & Brandt LLP, she gained experience in estate planning and probate law, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of wealth preservation strategies.
Ms. Gladson is an active member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. She holds membership in the Estate Planning Council of Pomona Valley and the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. She is an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) and has received an AV Preeminent® 5.0 out of 5 Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Ms. Gladson has served on the San Antonio Hospital Foundation’s Professional Advisors Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Community Foundation. She has also been involved with the Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice of Southern California, the Upland Community Partnership for Youth Development, and the Baldy View ROP Foundation. She is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
