About Linda G.
Linda G. Rodrigue earned her law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1989 after completing a Bachelor of General Studies at Louisiana State University in 1986. She moved from academic study into practice at a time when healthcare regulation and hospital operations were becoming more complex. Those early years shaped how she approaches legal problems today.
She is a partner at Kean Miller LLP. Over the course of her career she has taken on both courtroom work and counseling roles for institutional clients. Colleagues describe her as practical in the courtroom and methodical in advisory matters. She balances litigation readiness with preventive counsel.
Rodrigue is admitted in multiple jurisdictions. Her admissions include the Louisiana state courts and the Tennessee bar. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth and Sixth Circuits, and several federal district courts, including the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the Western District of Tennessee. That spread of admissions supports national and regional matters for clients.
Her professional interests are reflected in a cluster of memberships and leadership posts tied to healthcare and hospital law. She holds memberships in the American Health Lawyers Association, the Louisiana Hospital Association’s Society of Hospital Lawyers, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the National Medical Group Management Association. She chairs the Louisiana Legal Network. These roles have placed her in regular contact with hospital executives, medical group managers and compliance officers.
Rodrigue also serves on several nonprofit boards. She is on the board of Capital Area CASA and is active with the Baton Rouge-area Battered Women’s Program, where she has held officer roles including treasurer and vice president. Her service extends to the Louisiana Lupus Foundation, where she has served as vice president, and volunteer work with Friends for Life-Baton Rouge. Those commitments reflect sustained involvement in community and health-related causes.
Her professional responsibilities include participation on a Louisiana Lawyer Disciplinary Board hearing committee. She maintains memberships in the American Bar Association, Tennessee State Bar, Baton Rouge Bar Association and Louisiana State Bar. These affiliations reflect continuing engagement with regulatory and ethical issues in the profession.
She practices at Kean Miller LLP. Her current practice centers on health care and hospital law.
