About Linda Ann
Linda Ann Subbloie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, completing law school in 1990 after beginning her studies in 1987. She moved from the classroom to the courtroom at a time of change in both Florida and national law. Her legal education at Nova Southeastern provided the foundation for a career practiced in more than one jurisdiction.
She is admitted to practice in Florida and Connecticut and is a current member of The Florida Bar. Over the years she has worked across a range of matters and settings. Her legal work has included appearances in state courts and filings before administrative bodies. She has handled both transactional tasks and contested proceedings, performing the ordinary functions of client representation such as drafting pleadings, negotiating resolutions and handling hearings.
Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in case management and steady in court. That steadiness shows in routine case preparation and in response to unexpected developments. She prepares documentation, manages discovery, and coordinates with experts when necessary. Her practice habits reflect an emphasis on clarity and on moving matters toward resolution without unnecessary delay.
Subbloie's experience in two state bars gives her perspective on how different courts and regulators operate. Practicing in Florida and Connecticut requires attention to divergent procedural rules and local practices. She has navigated those differences for clients who need representation across state lines or who face matters that touch both jurisdictions.
Outside of courtroom and office tasks she has maintained professional ties within the legal community. Her membership in The Florida Bar keeps her connected to developments in state law and to colleagues across practice areas. That connection also offers a steady stream of continuing legal education and professional resources.
She currently maintains an active practice in Florida and Connecticut, handling matters in state courts and administrative forums.
