About Lillian Michelle

Lillian Michelle Loeffler earned her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2019. She completed the program during a period of rapid change in legal education and entered practice soon after. Her academic background provided a foundation in litigation and client counseling that she built on in the years that followed.

She launched Loeffler Law and serves as its founder and owner. At her firm she manages cases, oversees operations and guides strategy for client matters. Colleagues and clients see her day-to-day involvement in both the business and the legal work. Running a small practice has required her to handle a wide range of tasks, from courtroom preparation to firm administration.

Outside of her practice, Loeffler is active in local legal organizations. She is a current member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of San Diego. She also belongs to Women of Color and the Law. On the San Diego Domestic Violence City Council she serves as Legal Chair, a role that connects practitioners, advocates and public agencies on issues that affect survivors and the courts. She has also been involved with Reading Legacies, serving on its board since 2009, where she has worked on programs that aim to support literacy and youth development in the region.

Her professional life blends casework and community engagement. Serving on a domestic violence council has given her direct exposure to how the civil and criminal systems interact in those cases. Her bar membership in California ties her practice to the state courts and local legal institutions. At the firm she prepares filings, represents clients in hearings and coordinates with other professionals when cases require broader resources.

Colleagues describe her as practical and thorough in court preparations, and she is known for taking an organized approach to case management. She balances litigation tasks with client intake and counseling. That mix shapes how Loeffler Law operates and how it serves people seeking legal help in the region.

She continues to run Loeffler Law in California and remains engaged in local bar groups and community boards. She currently focuses her practice on representing clients in California, including matters related to domestic violence and broader community legal needs.
