Levon Kyurkchyan is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kyurkchyan is a member of the Law Offices of Kirakosian & Associates, a law firm located in Glendale, California. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area and surrounding counties in Southern California.
Mr. Kyurkchyan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law, where he graduated in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Whittier College School of Law, he was involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in the field.
Mr. Kyurkchyan concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, bankruptcy, family law, trust law, wills, probate, and criminal defense. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving property disputes, debt relief, estate planning, and criminal charges. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kyurkchyan has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Kirakosian & Associates, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Glendale for five years.
Mr. Kyurkchyan is an active member of the Glendale and Los Angeles County Bar Associations and the State Bar of California. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Kyurkchyan is fluent in Armenian, Russian, French, and Arabic, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
