About Letty
Letty Laskowski studied at the University of Rochester before earning her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Her academic years combined a broad undergraduate education with graduate legal training, setting the stage for a steady career in New York practice.
She entered the legal workforce in 2010, spending time at Thomas & Solomon, LLP and at Special Counsel, Inc., a legal placement firm. Those early positions exposed her to the rhythms of firm life and the demands of placing attorneys into active matters. In 2011 she joined Harris, Chesworth, O’Brien, Johnstone & Welch, LLP. She returned to that firm or an associated office in 2015 under the name Harris, Chesworth, Johnstone & Welch, LLP, where she continued to handle matters for institutional clients and individual parties.
In 2018 she became a senior associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC. That move marked a shift into a larger practice setting. Her resume shows a pattern of steady progression through mid-sized and larger firms, punctuated by a spell at a staffing company that broadened her perspective on legal resourcing.
Laskowski is admitted to practice in New York and holds membership in the State Bar of New York. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District. Those admissions allow her to handle matters at both the state and federal levels within the state.
