Lesley Ann Clement is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Clement is the principal attorney at Clement Law Group, PC, a law firm located in Sacramento, California. Ms. Clement earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1988. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Sacramento, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1985. Additionally, she studied International Law at Exeter College, University of Oxford, in 1987, and Literature at the University of Bradford, England, in 1984. During her time at the University of San Diego, she was actively involved in student leadership roles, serving as President of the Student Bar Association and Chief Justice of the Honor Court.
Ms. Clement's practice is dedicated to cases involving elder abuse and neglect, particularly in institutional settings such as nursing homes and residential care facilities.
