About Lee M.
Lee M. Pearlman earned his J.D. from Stetson University in 2007. He completed his legal education at a time when Florida courts were navigating a string of complex civil and insurance issues. That environment shaped an early interest in courtroom work and trial procedure.
Pearlman began his post-law school career in Florida practice and joined Carlson, Meissner, Hart & Hayslett, P.A. as an associate in 2011. A year later he moved into a partner role at Pearlman & Clark, P.A., where he took on broader responsibilities in case preparation and client counseling. In 2017 he became a partner at Denmon Pearlman Trial Lawyers. Each step in those years added managerial duties as well as front-line litigation tasks.
His work centers on contested matters that proceed to trial. He handles pretrial strategy, motion practice, witness preparation and courtroom presentation. He is comfortable in evidentiary hearings and jury trials, and he spends much of his time preparing cases for court rather than settling them on paper. Colleagues note that he balances courtroom advocacy with the daily demands of running a law office and supervising litigation teams.
Pearlman practices across several Florida offices. He splits his time between New Port Richey, Tampa and St. Petersburg, meeting clients and attending hearings in each jurisdiction. That geographic range lets him follow cases through different local court calendars and respond to developments quickly. It also means he handles matters in both state and local trial courts.
Outside the courtroom, Pearlman’s practice includes the routine tasks that sustain litigation: discovery management, deposition strategy and negotiations when settlement is appropriate. He mentors junior attorneys at his firm and oversees trial preparation that other lawyers carry into court. His professional path reflects steady advancement from associate to partner and an emphasis on litigation work.
He continues today as a partner at Denmon Pearlman Trial Lawyers, representing clients in trial litigation and operating out of offices in New Port Richey, Tampa and St. Petersburg.
