She furthered her education by earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1990. This solid educational foundation gave her the skills necessary to navigate complex legal fields. Admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Morabito has a diverse legal background.

Prior to that, she operated as a sole practitioner in Bethesda, Maryland, from 1997 to 2010. This experience has enabled her to represent clients effectively in estate planning, probate administration, and elder law matters. She has also been invited to speak on various estate planning topics at government agencies, professional groups, and charitable organizations, showcasing her commitment to educating others in her field.
