Lawrence Schubart is a senior partner at Stubbs & Schubart, P.C., a prominent law firm located in Tucson, Arizona. He joined the firm in 1981, starting a long and distinguished career in law that now spans over four decades. Born in 1947, Schubart's academic journey began at Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1969. His commitment to service led him to the United States Army, where he served from 1969 to 1971, including a significant tour in Vietnam. Following his military service, Schubart returned to academia and obtained his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1974. His legal career commenced shortly thereafter when he was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in the same year.
In 1978, he expanded his practice by becoming a member of the Arizona State Bar. Schubart's qualifications also include admission to practice before several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The U.S. District Courts for both the District of Arizona and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
