About Lawrence J.
Lawrence J. McClafferty studied at Boston College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. He went on to receive his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Those academic years laid the groundwork for a steady career in Virginia law.
He began building his practice in the region's courtrooms and now serves as a principal at McCandlish & Lillard, P.C. His role at the firm places him in a leadership position, overseeing client matters and contributing to the firm's case strategy. Mr. McClafferty is admitted to a range of courts that span federal and state jurisdictions.
