Throughout his career, Mr. Rohlfing has been admitted to practice in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his private practice, he has served as a sustaining member and held leadership positions in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), including President from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Rohlfing is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where he has served as the chair of the Social Security Section. He has presented numerous papers at meetings of NOSSCR, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Section, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Southeast Bar Association of Los Angeles County, and the National Business Institute. He is also involved in his community, having managed baseball and softball teams, coached football, and served as an elder at La Habra Christian Church.
