About Lauren R
Lauren R Biloski earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, completing her studies in 2006 after beginning law school in 2003. She moved from the classroom into practice quickly. Her early years were spent learning the rhythms of litigation and client work at small firms where she worked on a variety of matters.
Her first post-law-school position was as an associate at Judkins Law Office in 2006. The next year she joined Ridenour & Ridenour as an associate, where she continued to develop courtroom experience and case management skills. In 2008 she became an associate at Angel & Associates. Those consecutive associate roles exposed her to different practice settings and a broad array of client needs.
In 2012 she opened her own firm, the Law Office of Lauren Biloski. Running a solo practice shifted many responsibilities onto her shoulders. She handled intake, file management, court appearances and client communication. Setting up a practice gave her control over case strategy and the client experience, and it required balancing the demands of running a business alongside practicing law.
Biloski is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Tennessee. That multi-jurisdictional admission allows her to represent clients and appear in courts across state lines when matters require it. Her experience in several firms and then in a solo practice has given her familiarity with procedural rules and the practical steps of litigation across different forums.
Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and thorough in preparation. She has worked on matters that required attention to detail and timely responses to opposing counsel and the courts. Her career path—moving from associate roles into her own practice—reflects a professional who learned through hands-on work and applied that learning to run a law office.
Biloski’s practice has been defined by direct client work and managing cases from intake through resolution. She divides her time between client consultations, drafting pleadings and appearing in court. She now practices through the Law Office of Lauren Biloski and handles a range of matters for clients in Indiana and Tennessee.
