About Laura
Laura Siclari took a measured path into the law. She entered Rutgers School of Law–Newark in 2001 and earned her J.D. in 2005. The law school years set the stage for a career that moved quickly from the courthouse to law firm practice.
Her first post-law-school role came as a law clerk in 2004 for the Hon. Theodore A. Winard of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County. That experience offered early exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. After earning her degree she joined Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas as an associate in 2005, beginning a sequence of positions that would broaden her practice and courtroom experience.
In 2007 Siclari became a senior associate at Budd Larner, P.C., where she expanded her workload and took on more responsibility for litigation matters. Four years later she stepped into a partner role at McCusker Anselmi Rosen & Carvelli, P.C., a move that marked her transition to firm leadership and client management. In 2022 she joined OGC Solutions I Santomassimo Davis, LLP as a partner and continues in that position.
Siclari is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and she is also admitted in the Third Circuit and New York. Her bar memberships include the New Jersey State Bar, where she has been a member since 2004; the Essex County Bar, a membership she has held since 2007; and the Pennsylvania State Bar, which she joined in 2016. These credentials reflect practice across state and federal forums.
Over the course of her career Siclari has handled matters that required appearances in state courts and filings in federal appellate and trial courts. Her background includes the practical demands of litigation and the procedural work that supports courtroom advocacy. Colleagues note her steady progression through associate ranks to partner roles and her experience supervising case strategy and pleadings.
She maintains an active practice at OGC Solutions I Santomassimo Davis, LLP, where she manages litigation matters and represents clients in state and federal proceedings. Her current practice involves litigation work in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and federal courts.
