About Laura Herron
Laura Herron Weber is an employment attorney based in Oakland, California — She has been practicing law since 2003, focusing on representing employees in various employment-related disputes. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Tufts University in 1999 and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2003. After law school, Laura began her legal career at Herron & Herron, a firm founded by her family, where she represented plaintiffs in employment litigation and personal injury cases.
In 2018, she joined Siegel LeWitter Malkani, continuing her focus on employment law. Throughout her career, Laura has handled cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and class action litigation. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums.
Laura is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and has presented at their annual symposium. She also volunteers as a supervising attorney at Legal Aid at Work’s Worker’s Rights Clinic, a role she has held since her time as a counselor while attending UC Hastings. In recognition of her work, Laura has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2009 to 2010 and again from 2013 to 2017.
She is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the California Lawyers Association.
