About Landon T.

Landon T. Sanders grew up studying history before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in history from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2016. Those academic years set a practical tone. He combined classroom work with local internships and community activity while preparing for practice in Arkansas.

His first professional role after law school placed him on the public side of the courtroom. In 2016 he served as a deputy prosecuting lawyer in the 15th Judicial District for the State of Arkansas. That post involved routine case preparation, courtroom appearances and coordination with local law enforcement. The position offered daily exposure to trial procedure and the mechanics of case management in district courts.

Also in 2016 he began working at The Sanders Firm PLLC. He has practiced at that office since then. Over the years his casework has crossed between public and private matters. He has represented clients in court, handled pretrial motions, and pursued resolutions through negotiated agreements. The practice has demanded steady work in document drafting and litigation logistics, and he has handled matters that required both written advocacy and oral argument.

Outside the courtroom he maintains memberships in organizations that reflect both legal and local business interests. He has belonged to the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2018. He joined the National Federation of Independent Business in 2017 and has been a member of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce since 2016. These affiliations have kept him connected to developments in criminal practice and to the small business community in central Arkansas.

Sanders brings experience from the prosecutor’s table into private practice. That background informs case strategy and courtroom approach. He practices in Arkansas courts and continues to work from The Sanders Firm PLLC in Conway. His current practice concentrates on criminal defense and related matters handled through his firm.
