About Kyle T.
Kyle T. Buss earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School, receiving a J.D. in 2015. He completed his legal studies after several years of classroom work and legal training. The Marquette credential provided the foundation for his practice in Wisconsin.
After law school, Buss entered the legal profession and established himself in the state. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and began building experience advising clients and handling matters across the state. Early years in practice offered him exposure to the nuts and bolts of running cases and serving clients in a range of contexts.
In 2018 he launched Buss Law, LLC. He formed the firm to provide a direct point of contact for clients seeking legal counsel from a small, locally operated practice. As founder and lawyer, he manages the business of the firm and handles client work. Running a small firm has meant juggling case work, client relations, and the administrative duties that come with ownership.
Buss combines courtroom experience with office-based legal work. He represents clients, prepares filings, negotiates on behalf of those he represents, and directs case strategy when litigation is required. His day-to-day work involves both advising clients and taking actions in court where needed. Colleagues say he approaches each file with attention to practical outcomes and procedural detail.
Outside the office, Buss maintains professional ties within the state legal community. He has remained active in local bar activities and professional networks since the start of his practice. These connections help him stay current on developments in Wisconsin law and on procedural changes that affect client matters.
Today Buss continues to operate Buss Law, LLC from its base in Wisconsin. He handles legal matters for individuals and businesses in the state and oversees the firm’s work. He currently practices through Buss Law, LLC, representing clients across Wisconsin.
