About Ksenia

Ksenia Maiorova earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2004. She spent her time at Berkeley Law immersed in coursework and clinics that emphasized practical skills and client work. The diploma marked the formal start of a career that has since centered on serving clients in private practice.

After graduation, Maiorova moved into the practice of law. She built experience advising and representing clients across a range of matters. Early on she focused on learning how to translate complex legal rules into clear advice. Colleagues and clients have noted her methodical approach to case preparation and her willingness to handle both the detailed paperwork and the courtroom elements of a matter.

Her professional life has included roles typical of private practice lawyers: counseling clients, negotiating settlements, preparing filings, and making courtroom appearances when needed. She developed steadiness handling the administrative and strategic tasks that keep cases moving. That steadiness has allowed her to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities without losing sight of client objectives.

Over time Maiorova took on greater responsibility for how cases are managed from intake to resolution. She learned to temper the long view of litigation and transactional work with immediate client needs. The result is a practice style that favors careful planning and clear communication. She communicates plainly about potential outcomes and explains legal options in terms that clients can act on.

Maiorova’s current base of operations is Maiorova Law Group, PLLC. At the firm she maintains a hands-on role in client matters and in the daily operations of the practice. Her work there includes direct client counseling, drafting and negotiating documents, and representing clients where disputes arise. She has focused on providing steady legal representation tailored to the circumstances of each client rather than promoting any single approach to practice.

Outside of day-to-day casework, she remains connected to the broader legal community through ongoing professional memberships. Those memberships keep her engaged with developments in the law and with peers who practice in similar areas.

She currently practices at Maiorova Law Group, PLLC, where she handles a range of legal matters.
