About Kristine L.

Kristine L. Tucker earned her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2014. She arrived at law school after undergraduate studies and left with a degree that set the direction of her professional life. Her academic record put her in position to engage with several Florida legal communities soon after graduation.

She practices in Florida and serves as an associate at Barrister Law Office, P.A. Her role there has involved matters that commonly arise in probate courts and real property transactions. Over the years she has handled cases and client matters that intersect estates, guardianship, trust administration and elder law. The work requires attention to statutory detail and court procedure, and she has built day-to-day experience in those areas.

Tucker has taken on a steady stream of professional roles in local and state bar groups. She has been a member at large of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar since 2017, and she moved into a leadership post as Vice Chair of the Law School Mentoring Committee in 2020, a position she still holds. She joined the Central Florida Real Estate Lawyer Counsel in 2018 and serves on its Scholarship Committee. Her involvement extends to the Orange County Bar Association, where she has been part of the Estates, Guardianship, and Trust Committee since 2015. She also served as Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Elder Law Committee from 2017 to 2018. Outside those circles she has been a member of the Central Florida Gay and Lesbian Legal Association since 2015.

Those memberships have shaped the practical side of her practice. Mentoring law students and weighing in on scholarship selection keep her connected to the next generation of lawyers. Committee and volunteer work sharpened her perspective on how probate rules affect families, how guardianship proceedings proceed, and how property disputes are resolved. Clients see that practical background when they bring questions about wills, trust administration, real estate closings tied to estates, or guardianship petitions.

Her office work continues at Barrister Law Office, P.A., where she handles probate and trust matters as well as estate planning, guardianship and related real property issues. She practices in Florida and remains active in local bar committees and mentoring programs. Her current practice centers on probate, trusts, estate planning, guardianship and real property matters.
