About Kristina Louise

Kristina Louise Gray entered law after an undergraduate course of study in human development and family studies. She earned a B.S. from Texas Tech University in 2000 and continued her education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2004. Those formative years set the groundwork for a practice centered on work inside Oklahoma’s courts.

Her early legal career took shape over the next several years, and in 2007 she served as an associate lawyer at Buckman & Roach, A Professional Corporation. That position placed her in day-to-day litigation and client counseling roles. Records show she has worked in matters that proceeded in both state and federal forums, giving her practical exposure to courtroom procedure and case management.

Gray is licensed in Oklahoma and is admitted to appear before the federal courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Those admissions reflect the geographic range of her practice throughout the state. She has handled filings, pretrial work and hearings in jurisdictions across Oklahoma, which requires familiarity with local rules as well as the federal rules of civil procedure.

Her education and early professional posts suggest a lawyer equipped to handle the procedural and interpersonal demands of litigation. She has experience drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, and preparing witnesses for testimony. In her work she balances written advocacy with preparation for oral argument. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical; she applies research and attention to detail when building a case.

Outside the courtroom, Gray’s academic background in human development and family studies informs how she approaches client interactions. That perspective matters when cases involve sensitive facts or family dynamics. It also shapes how she communicates legal issues to clients who are not versed in legal process.

As of the present she practices at Buckman & Roach, A Professional Corporation. Her work continues to involve litigation and representation of clients in state and federal courts across Oklahoma, where she maintains an active caseload and courtroom presence.
