About Kristina

Kristina Cervone earned her J.D. from Phoenix School of Law in 2010. She went from law school into practice and built experience in two Southwestern jurisdictions over the next decade and a half. The early years after graduation were a time of steady development, as she navigated the practical work of client files and courtroom calendars while establishing a private practice identity.

Licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Arizona, Cervone has been an active member of the New Mexico Bar Association since 2014. That membership has kept her connected to developments in state law and to colleagues across practice areas. Maintaining licenses in two states has also meant balancing differing procedural rules and statutory frameworks, a routine part of her day-to-day work.

Her career advanced into firm leadership in 2023 when she became managing partner at Cervone Law P.C. The role involves more than casework. It requires managing operations, supervising other lawyers and staff, and setting priorities for the office. As managing partner she has overseen client intake systems, case budgeting, and the flow of matters from intake to resolution.

Colleagues describe her practice style as direct and practical. She handles the tasks that keep matters moving: client counseling, preparing filings, and arguing before trial courts when a matter proceeds to litigation. Her files have included a range of state-level issues that reflect the legal needs of individuals and businesses in New Mexico and Arizona. She has also worked on regulatory and administrative questions that intersect with state statutes and local rules.

Outside the office she has maintained involvement with bar association activities. Her ongoing membership in the New Mexico Bar Association signals continued engagement with professional standards and continuing legal education. That engagement helps her stay current on changes in case law and procedure that affect her clients.

Cervone practices from Cervone Law P.C., where she manages the firm’s caseload and advises clients on matters arising under New Mexico and Arizona law. She currently represents clients in matters brought in state courts and before administrative bodies in those jurisdictions.
