About Kristin
Kristin Weberg earned a B.A. from Antioch College in 2001 and completed her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law in 2008. Her academic path combined liberal arts and professional training, bringing together a broad undergraduate education and three years of legal study in Boston.
She began her legal career in public service. In 2008 she joined the New Hampshire Public Defender as a staff lawyer. That early work placed her in courtrooms and at counsel tables, representing clients in matters assigned by the office and gaining practical experience in trial settings.
Weberg is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Those credentials allow her to work at both the trial and appellate levels across the region. She has remained active in the bars of the states where she practices since first joining the New Hampshire bar in 2008.
Her professional memberships include the New Hampshire Bar Association, where she has been a member since 2008, and the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she has been listed as a member since 2016. These associations reflect ongoing ties to the legal communities in both states and provide a network for continuing legal education and professional exchange.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparation and steady in court. She developed courtroom experience early in her career and has maintained involvement in matters that require both advocacy and legal research. Her admissions to state bars and the First Circuit indicate she handles a range of filings and appearances, and she has worked across different stages of litigation.
Today she remains an active attorney in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts legal communities. She holds memberships in both state bar organizations and maintains the ability to appear in federal appellate proceedings. Her current practice is concentrated on matters in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
