About Kirby

Kirby Clements earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1990 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Oral Roberts University in 1987. He completed his formal legal education at a time when both regional and national markets were shifting, and he moved into practice after receiving his degree. His academic record ties him to two institutions that shaped his early professional trajectory.

After law school, Clements entered practice and established credentials in two states. He is admitted to the bars of New York and Georgia. Over the years he has maintained licensure in both jurisdictions and has structured his work to be available to clients in each state. That dual admission has informed the way he handles matters that cross state lines.

Clements works through The Clements Law Group, a firm that bears his name. The practice serves clients under that banner. His career path ties his academic background to an active practice in the present day. He has navigated the procedural and substantive differences between the courts and regulatory systems in both New York and Georgia while representing clients who require counsel across those systems.

Today he practices at The Clements Law Group, handling legal matters in New York and Georgia.
