About Kiran
Kiran Dhillon built a foundation in business before turning to law. She earned an MBA from California State University, Stanislaus, awarded in 2010, and later completed a J.D. at Western State College of Law at Argosy University in 2013. Those credentials placed her at the intersection of commercial practice and legal process early in her career.
Her first notable legal role came in 2014 when she served as in-house counsel for Mutual Fund Administration, LLC. That position put her inside a financial-services environment, where she handled routine corporate legal work and supported operational needs. Working inside a corporate legal department offered a different pace than private practice and introduced her to compliance and transactional workflows.
In 2016 she moved to private practice as an associate at Goralka Law Office. The transition gave her front-line experience in a law office setting, where she managed client matters and assisted on a range of files. The variety of the work broadened her exposure to client counseling and transactional drafting in ways that complemented her in-house experience.
By 2019 she returned to an in-house role, joining Adventist Health as legal counsel. Serving at a large health system required attention to regulatory detail and contract management. The role added healthcare-sector legal work to the sectors she had already encountered in financial services and private practice. Across these positions she navigated different institutional settings and adapted legal approaches to match organizational needs.
She is licensed to practice in California and maintains memberships in professional organizations. Kiran is based at Real Estate Law Corporation, where she continues to apply the combined insights from corporate, health-care, and private-firm roles. She maintains a practice at Real Estate Law Corporation in California, where her work focuses on real estate law.
