About Kiomeiry

Kiomeiry Csepes earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2013 after beginning law studies in 2010. Her time at Rutgers included training beyond the classroom; she completed the Family Law Mediation Training Certificate program there. The combination of a formal law degree and mediation training shaped her early approach to client work.

She built her practice in New Jersey. Over the years she has maintained memberships in professional groups that reflect the subjects she handles. She is a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association, and the Mercer County Bar Association. Those affiliations have given her ready access to peer networks and continuing legal education.

Csepes’ practice blends elements of immigration work and family law. The AILA membership signals ongoing involvement in immigration issues, while the mediation certificate signals preparation to address family disputes through neutral processes as well as through litigation if necessary. Her cases have required a mix of procedural knowledge and client counseling. She works with individuals navigating immigration processes and with families seeking resolution in custody, support, or related matters.

Her career path led her to open a solo practice. Running a small firm has meant handling a range of tasks beyond courtroom work. She manages client intake, case strategy, and the administrative side of the office. That hands-on approach allows for direct client contact from the first meeting through case resolution.

Colleagues and professional contacts describe her as thorough in preparation and steady in court. She prioritizes clear explanations so clients understand options and next steps. She also draws on mediation training to explore settlement where appropriate, and on immigration associations’ resources for technical updates.

Today she operates under the name Law Office of Kiomeiry Csepes in New Jersey. Her practice encompasses immigration and family law matters, and she continues to remain active in bar and specialty associations that support those areas of law.
