About Kimberly
Kimberly Carulli built her legal foundation deliberately. She approaches each matter methodically and prefers steady, careful work over flash. Colleagues describe her as practical and exacting in the office and in court.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Pace University before attending New York Law School, where she received her J.D. Those academic years shaped her approach to research and argument. They also established a base for the courtroom and appellate work that would follow.
Carulli began her professional career as an associate in 2011 at Fellows Hymowitz, P.C. In that role she handled a range of civil matters, learning case management and client communication in a busy firm environment. The position provided repeated opportunities to prepare court filings and support trial teams.
In 2015 she joined Ugell Law Office, P.C. as of counsel. At Ugell Law she took on more responsibility for case strategy and client counseling. Her work there has included drafting briefs and appearing in hearings. Those years deepened her familiarity with both state and federal procedures and tightened her focus on effective legal writing.
She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, before the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Since 2011 she has maintained memberships in professional organizations that support continuing legal education and networking among practitioners. Those affiliations have kept her engaged with developments in appellate and trial practice.
Today Carulli practices at Ugell Law Office, P.C. Her docket spans matters filed in state and federal courts, and she regularly prepares appellate filings. She continues to manage litigation tasks, advise clients on procedural issues, and appear in court as needed. Her current practice focuses on litigation and appellate matters handled through Ugell Law Office, P.C.
