About Kimberly A.
Kimberly A. Kramer trained as a lawyer at Northeastern University School of Law, earning her J.D. in 1997 after completing a B.S. at Pennsylvania State University in 1994. Her education combined a broad undergraduate background with three years of law school study in Boston. She entered the profession at a time when the city’s legal community was expanding in both corporate and civil practice areas.
Kramer began her legal career in private practice. Early on she served as an associate at Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP. In that role she worked on a range of client matters, developing practical courtroom and office experience. The associate position gave her steady exposure to case preparation and client counseling.
Over the years Kramer has remained connected to legal organizations in the Boston area. She holds membership in the Boston State Bar and the Boston Bar Association. She also serves on the board of directors of the Boston Women’s Network, where she participates in programming and professional development initiatives aimed at women in the local legal and business communities.
Her professional record shows a pattern of sustained practice in Massachusetts. Kramer is licensed to practice in the state and maintains an active presence in its legal circles. Colleagues describe her as someone who attends to the practical details of a matter and who values clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Kramer’s office affiliation is with McLane Middleton. There she continues to counsel clients from the Boston area and beyond. Her day-to-day work includes routine client interviews, document review, and legal research. She balances the demands of practice with service on nonprofit and professional boards.
Outside the office Kramer’s activities reflect an interest in the professional advancement of women in law. Her board role with the Boston Women’s Network places her in contact with young attorneys and business leaders seeking mentorship and networking opportunities. She brings that perspective back to her practice, where she applies practical judgment to client problems.
At present Kramer practices law in Massachusetts, maintaining ties to Boston’s legal community and serving clients through her work at McLane Middleton. Her current practice centers on delivering legal services to clients in the state of Massachusetts.
