About Kiel
Kiel Roeschke earned his law degree from New York Law School in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Michigan State University in 2005. He entered the legal profession at a time when Social Security and disability law were drawing increasing public attention. Roeschke's academic background combined statewide Midwestern roots with legal training in New York.
He launched his own practice immediately after law school, establishing the Law Offices of Kiel J. Roeschke in 2008. The following year he worked at BALL JOHNSON, P.C., where he gained additional courtroom and client service experience. Those early years mixed solo practice with time in a small firm environment. They also set the stage for the practice he would continue to develop over the next decade.
In 2015 Roeschke took on leadership roles that expanded his professional profile. He served as lawyer and president at Disability Lawyers of Arizona while also operating Roeschke Law, LLC. That period marked a consolidation of his practice areas and an increased public presence in Arizona. He has since maintained practice operations under the Roeschke Law, LLC name.
Roeschke is licensed in Michigan and Arizona. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Those federal admissions complement his state licenses and allow him to handle matters that reach into both state and federal tribunals.
He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations. He has belonged to the Macomb County Bar Association since 2008 and joined the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives in 2009. He became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 2015 and holds membership in the Maricopa County Bar Association. These associations reflect a practice connected to both local bar communities and national groups that focus on Social Security issues.
Colleagues describe Roeschke as methodical in case preparation and direct in courtroom advocacy. His work has centered on Social Security disability claims and related administrative hearings. He represents claimants before administrative law judges and in federal matters when necessary. He currently practices at Roeschke Law, LLC, handling Social Security disability claims and related matters.
