About Khalil
Khalil Khan earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2005. That year he also joined the Washington State Bar Association and was admitted to practice in Washington. He later added membership in the Washington State Association for Justice, where he has been listed since 2010.
He began his legal career in private practice. In 2006 he worked as an associate at Olsen Law Office PLLC. Two years later he moved to Allied Law Office PLLC and practiced there as a lawyer. These early years gave him day-to-day exposure to civil litigation, client counseling and the mechanics of claim development.
In 2016 Khan became principal attorney at Khan Injury Law. During that period he managed case loads and oversaw litigation strategies for injured clients. He handled negotiations with insurers and prepared matters for trial when settlement was not possible. The role placed him in charge of case intake, file review and the practical operations of a small law office.
Khan later practiced under the name Khan Accident & Injury Lawyers, maintaining multiple office locations. His work has concentrated on accident and personal injury matters, including claims arising from motor vehicle crashes, workplace incidents and other accidental harms. He has represented claimants in settlement discussions and in court when necessary. Colleagues describe him as steady in litigation and methodical in preparing cases for trial, while clients have turned to him after serious injuries.
Outside casework, Khan remains active in local professional organizations. He continues his membership in the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice. Those affiliations keep him connected to continuing legal education offerings and policy developments affecting civil justice in Washington.
Over the course of two decades in practice he has moved from associate roles to leading his own injury-focused practice. His current work is conducted through Khan Accident & Injury Lawyers, where he represents people who have been injured in accidents and pursues claims against insurers and responsible parties. His practice focuses on accident and personal injury matters.
