About Kevin
Kevin Price earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2021. He went straight from law school into practice and is admitted to the bar in Texas. His legal training included a mix of classroom work and practical experience that prepared him for a courtroom and client-facing practice.
After graduating, Price moved into private practice. In 2024 he joined McCormick Law Office as a lawyer. His early years in practice have involved handling filings, preparing briefs, and counseling clients through procedural and substantive issues. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his preparation and clear in his communications.
Price has been involved in professional association activity since 2021. He maintains that connection to the organized bar and to peer networks. That involvement has given him regular exposure to continuing legal education and to the practical norms of appellate and trial work in the state.
In the office he spends time on research and drafting. He also appears in state venues when a matter requires court appearances. His work requires attention to deadlines and to the tactical decisions that shape disputes as they move toward resolution. He balances written advocacy with client consultations and negotiates on behalf of those he represents.
Outside of courtroom hours he continues to build his practice and professional knowledge. He mentors more junior staff when projects demand coordination and takes responsibility for managing client expectations. Those tasks are part of daily practice at a small firm where each attorney handles multiple roles.
He practices law in Texas at McCormick Law Office, where his current practice focuses on providing legal representation to clients through counsel, filings, and courtroom advocacy.
