About Kevin Lance
Kevin Lance Cadora built a practice around courtroom work and client advocacy. He co-founded Fair Cadora, APC in 2011 and has been a visible presence at the firm since then. Colleagues describe him as steady in litigation settings and pragmatic with clients.
He earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003 after beginning his studies in 2000. His time in law school coincided with a period of rapid change in legal education and the profession. After law school Cadora spent several years in private practice. He moved from associate roles into positions of greater responsibility and then helped establish Fair Cadora, APC. Opening the firm in 2011 allowed him to set priorities for case handling and to build a practice culture that emphasizes direct client contact and careful courtroom preparation.
At Fair Cadora he serves as a founding partner. That role combines case management with trial work and mentoring more junior lawyers. He handles litigation tasks himself while overseeing the firm’s broader strategy. Cadora maintains current memberships in professional associations. He participates in meetings and continuing legal education that keep him current on evolving rules and procedure. Outside the office he appears at depositions and in court on a regular basis, applying courtroom experience to the tactical decisions his cases require.

He currently focuses his practice on litigation and client representation at Fair Cadora, APC.
