Kevin Hahn is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Hahn is the founder of Hahn Attorneys, LLP, a law firm located in Tustin, California. He has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.
Mr. Hahn earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2003, where he was a two-time recipient of the Provost Academic Scholarship. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1998. During his time at UCLA, he developed a strong foundation in political science, which has informed his legal practice.
Mr. Hahn concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law and personal injury. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy filings, assisting clients in achieving debt relief while protecting their assets. His personal injury practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. He has successfully litigated numerous personal injury claims, securing favorable settlements for his clients.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hahn has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Arizona in February 2006 and before the state and federal courts of Nevada in May 2006. Prior to founding Hahn Attorneys, LLP, he worked as a senior associate with a bankruptcy law firm, representing bankruptcy panel trustees in Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties.
Mr. Hahn is an active member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Arizona, and the State Bar of Nevada. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Hahn is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
