About Kevin
Kevin Crockett came to law after studying how rules shape behavior. He earned a B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine and later returned to campus for his J.D. at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. The academic path gave him both a social-science lens and formal training in legal analysis. Those ingredients show up in the way he prepares cases and talks to clients.
He began gaining practical experience early. In 2013 he served as a judicial extern for the United States District Court under the Honorable Oswald Parada, where he observed federal procedure and opinion drafting. The following year he worked as a legal intern at Lionsgate Films, a setting that exposed him to contract and rights issues outside the typical courtroom. He joined Sweet James, LLP as a lawyer in 2016. Four years later he became a partner at Text Kevin Accident Lawyers in 2020.
Crockett’s memberships trace a clear path through California’s trial bar and local legal communities. He has been part of the Orange County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles since 2018. He joined the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2020 and the Desert Bar Association in 2021.
