About Kenneth

Kenneth H. Levinson is the founding partner of Levinson and Stefani Injury Lawyers, a prominent law firm located in Chicago, Illinois. Established in 2014, the firm specializes in personal injury cases, with a particular focus on truck and automobile accidents. Since being licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1992, Ken has dedicated his career to advocating for victims and their families. His educational journey began at Hobart College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989, followed by a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1992. Ken is also a published author, co-authoring "Litigating Major Automobile Injury and Death Cases," a comprehensive two-volume reference series published by AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters. This work reflects his expertise and dedication to educating fellow attorneys on complex legal issues. His contributions to the legal community have not gone unnoticed; from 2010 to 2026, he has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Illinois.

Notably, he has been selected for the Super Lawyers Top 100 list in multiple years, including 2012, 2016, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
