About Kelsey A.
Kelsey A. Webber built her legal foundation in two classrooms on opposite coasts. She earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center after completing a B.A. in economics at California State University, Sacramento. Those degrees set the stage for a practice rooted in courtroom work and client service.
Her early years in practice included positions at several established firms. She worked at Velez Law Office where she handled pleadings, discovery and client meetings. She later joined Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., and then Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP. At each stop she added trial preparation, motion practice and case management to her toolkit. Colleagues from those firms recall someone who preferred clear strategy over flash and who prepared clients carefully for court appearances.
Admission to the California bar and local professional ties followed. She is a member of the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, all of which she joined in 2015 and continues to attend. Those memberships have shaped her network and offered regular opportunities for continuing legal education and peer review.
Webber is now the owner of Webber Law Group, P.C. As firm owner she oversees casework and the administrative side of practice. She structures files, supervises litigation calendars and often appears in court on behalf of clients. The firm handles matters in California courts and provides representation through trial when needed. She balances hands-on legal work with the responsibilities of running a small firm.
Her courtroom experience and steady trial preparation style inform how she counsels clients and approaches disputes. She prepares for hearings deliberately, organizes evidence so it can be presented simply, and aims to give clients clear choices at key points in a case. Today she maintains an active practice in California, representing clients in litigation and related proceedings in state courts.
