About Kelly
Kelly Stone combines legal training and business-technology education in her day-to-day work. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Tulsa. That academic pairing informs how she approaches problems that sit at the intersection of law, operations and technology.
After law school, Stone entered private practice. In 2022 she joined Carmel & Naccasha, LLP as a lawyer. The firm role gave her a direct path into client work and courtroom preparation. Early on she took on responsibilities that ranged from drafting pleadings to advising clients on procedural strategy.
Stone is admitted to practice in California and New Mexico. Those dual jurisdictions shape the geography of her work. She often navigates differences in state procedure and local court practice so clients do not have to bridge those gaps alone.
Her background in management information systems adds a practical angle to routine legal questions. She looks for operational facts that matter to a legal theory.
