About Kelli E.
Kelli E. Marsh earned her J.D. from Trinity Law School in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Azusa Pacific University in 2003. Her undergraduate concentration was in interpersonal and organizational skills, a background that shaped the way she approaches client interaction and case organization as a young attorney.
Before law school, Marsh worked in the Business Information Resource Group at Capital Group | American Funds in 2007. That early role placed her at the intersection of information management and client service. She brought those methods into her legal training and used them to manage research, document flow, and communications during her first years as a lawyer.
While finishing law school Marsh remained involved in legal education. In 2018 she served as a teacher assistant at Trinity Law School and also taught as an instructor for Right On Mission. Those positions kept her close to classroom work and gave her experience explaining legal concepts clearly to students and community members.
After passing through the academic phase she moved into practice. In 2018 she took on the role of associate lawyer at the Church Law Center of California. There she worked on matters that commonly affect congregations and faith-based nonprofit organizations, including governance questions, compliance issues, and routine transactional work. Her attention to organizational detail and prior experience with information systems informed how she supported clients through administrative and regulatory challenges.
Marsh is admitted to practice in California. Her career to date blends nonprofit and institutional representation with an emphasis on clear communication and careful record-keeping. Colleagues describe her as methodical and practical in handling client matters. She has balanced courtroom-adjacent legal responsibilities with roles in education and practice management, which gives her a broad view of how law intersects with organizational life.
She currently practices at the Law Offices Of Myron Steeves, where she works with clients on governance, compliance, and transactional matters relevant to religious and nonprofit organizations. Her current practice focuses on advising small institutions and congregations on legal and administrative issues that affect daily operations and long-term stability.
