Keith Douglas Vance is a seasoned trial attorney based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With nearly 30 years of experience in personal injury litigation, he is known for excellence in the legal community. Since 2013, Mr. Vance has been one of only five attorneys in Colorado who are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Vance earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1997, where he graduated cum laude. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law at Adams State College in 1994, graduating magna cum laude. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his legal career, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate complex legal issues. Throughout his career, Mr. Vance has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence or misconduct of others. His areas of expertise are diverse, including automobile, semi-truck, and motorcycle collisions; nursing home negligence and elder abuse; insurance bad faith; and premises liability.
In 2005, he was selected to attend the renowned Trial Lawyers College, founded by Gerry Spence. This intensive, invitation-only program is designed for trial lawyers who advocate for individuals rather than corporations, further enhancing his trial skills. Licensed to practice in both Colorado and Nebraska, Mr. Vance is an active member of several professional organizations.
