About Kaveh S.

Kaveh S. Hosseini earned his law degree from the University of Utah in 2015 after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona in 2009. His academic record pairs a desert undergraduate education with a law school education in the Mountain West. He left law school ready to practice and build a trial-oriented practice in California.

He began practicing soon after graduation, taking on employment and civil litigation matters in California courts. Over the years he has handled contested cases that required both motion work and courtroom appearances. That early mix of office preparation and live advocacy shaped the way he approaches cases: methodical in preparation, direct in court.

Hosseini is active in bar and professional circles. He is a current member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. Those memberships keep him connected to peers who try cases and litigate workplace disputes every day. He also uses those networks to stay current on developments in employment statutes and trial procedure.

His practice has concentrated on employment law and trial litigation. He represents employees in disputes over wages, workplace policies, and wrongful termination claims, and he regularly prepares cases for arbitration and jury trial. In the courtroom he seeks practical resolutions but does not shy away from taking a case all the way through trial when the facts and the law require a full airing.

Clients and colleagues describe him as precise in legal drafting and persistent in case management. He spends time analyzing evidence and preparing witnesses. He also devotes effort to crafting clear, persuasive briefs and to managing complex discovery. That combination of tasks supports the trial work his practice undertakes.

Hosseini practices at Hosseini Legal, PC. He maintains a California practice and remains involved in the professional associations that align with his litigation work. His current practice focuses on employment litigation and trial representation in California courts.
